It is a high-tech private enterprise integrating R & D, manufacturing, sales and consultancy. The company was founded in 1999 where it is located in Nanyang City, Henan Province, P.R. China. In 2019, the manufacturing line of the company was moved to Anpeng chemical industry zone, Tongbai County, Nanyang City, Henan Province, that is covering an area of more than 37,000 m2 with a total investment of 150 million RMB. The company also has the rights to import and export, and its marketing network across the world.

The company has a well-equipped analytical laboratory with facilities for carrying out a wide range of test and characterisations.
